Condition: Very Good but with small signs of age, in the form of some cracking / rubbing to the surface of two of the seat cushions. There is also some rubbing to the outer edges of the frames (see images).
Description: A stylish Danish Mid-Century Modern three seater sofa, designed and manufactured by Stouby. The sofa is upholstered in genuine and thick Tan coloured Leather, with 6 removable cushions, including a pair of side cushion inserts for added comfort. The piece features an elegant and exposed frame, with slatted Beech detailing to either side of the sofa, this being a highly popular and typically Danish style which is still produced today. The sofa is raised on a naturally finished Beech wood frame throughout, with four simple block feet to each corner below. The Stouby manufacturers stitching can also be found to the underside of all cushions. Purchased in Denmark, this design classic is an original piece of Mid Century furniture.
