Description: An elegant Swedish Mid-Century Lounge Armchair, designed and manufactured by DUX of Sweden. The chair is upholstered in a patterned Blue Chenille fabric, with a Pink and Yellow pattern, and subtle button detailing to the backrest area. The piece features an eye catching 1950’s profile, with its elegant and open Beech wood frame, wing shaped backrest. The seat base is sprung internally (all of which are intact and working perfectly), with the chair being raised on a solid Beech wood frame, with four slender Beech legs below. The original DUX manufacturers tag can also still be found to the underside. Purchased in Sweden, this design classic is an original piece of Mid-Century furniture.
