Description: A very stylish Danish 1960s Teak pedestal desk manufactured by Falsigs Mobelfabrik. The desk is finished in Teak with a warm grain throughout, with Brass string inlay all the way around the top edge of the desk and to the centre of the drawer pulls, this being a very uncommon and elegant added detail. The piece has two pedestals each with three drawers, and features added open shelving space to the rear of the piece, as well as a lockable cupboard, the original key also being provided. The manufacturers sticker can also be found to the inside of the top left hand drawer. Purchased in Denmark, this design classic is an original piece of Mid Century furniture.
