Description: An elegant Danish Mid-Century Modern ‘Vitesse’ recliner armchair, designed and manufactured by Bolia. The chair is upholstered in genuine and soft, White coloured Leather, with ribbed detailing to the seating area. The piece features a reclining mechanism which is easily operated by pressure, and can be locked or unlocked with a screw handle. The chair is raised upon a chunky, Chromed Metal frame, this being a nice contrast with the colour of the Leather. The piece then sits upon a heavy Chromed four point swivel base below. Purchased in Denmark, this design classic is an original piece of Mid-Century furniture.
