Description: A super stylish Danish 1930s Art Deco club chair. Please note we have 2 of these identical chairs available, with the price shown being for one. The chair is upholstered in a rich Gold Velour fabric, with subtle piping detail around edges of the chair and backrest. The piece features deep ribbed detailing to the back rest, with scrolled arms and edges, all of which are typical of the Art Deco design. Like the majority of Danish pieces of this era, the chairs base is heavily coil sprung, and is raised upon a heavy Beech wood frame, with moulded Beech feet to the front and block feat to the rear. Purchased in Denmark, this design classic is an original piece of Mid Century furniture.
