Description: An iconic and striking Danish ‘Paper Knife’ sofa, designed by Kai Kristiansen and manufactured by Magnus Olesen. The sofa is upholstered in Off-White coloured Boucle fabric, the six cushions all being removable and reversible. The original cord springs are all present to the underside, and are in perfect working order. The piece is symbolized by its delicate ‘knife like’ Teak armrests, this contrasting beautifully with the upholstery. The frame is strong and sturdy, and features striking open framework to the rear of the sofa. The original manufacturers stamp can also be found to the inside of the frame. Purchased in Denmark, this design icon is an original piece of Mid Century furniture.
