Description: A very stylish Swedish Mid-Century ‘Skanor’ 3 seater Sofa, designed by Gillis Lundgren and manufactured by IKEA. The sofa is upholstered in a vibrant Red coloured Leather upholstery with six removable cushions. The Leather colour contrasts nicely with an exposed Teak frame and armrests to either side, giving the sofa an elegant and timeless profile. Original IKEA pieces are slowly becoming harder to come by, with the quality far exceeding the modern day equivalent. The sofa is raised on four simple Teak block feet to each corner, and the original IKEA label can still be found stapled to the underside of the piece. Purchased in Sweden, this design classic is an original piece of Mid-Century furniture.
