Description: An elegant Swedish 1960s lounge chair, designed by Arne Norell and manufactured by Coja. Please note we also have two matching 2 seater sofas to accompany this chair, both of which can be found in a separate listing. The chair is upholstered in genuine Dark Brown coloured Leather, with button detailing to all cushions. The piece features a stylish open slatted frame, with a single ‘wrap around’ backrest cushion moulding around the inside of the frame, with a single removable seat cushion and bolster cushions for added comfort. Due to the chairs profile, the piece gives a very comfortable and low seating position, which sinks slightly once seated. The chair is also raised on four circular stained Beech wood legs to each corner below. Purchased in Scandinavia, this design classic is an original piece of Mid Century furniture.
