Description: A stylish Danish Mid-Century 1970s 3 seater Sofa, designed by Georg Thams and manufactured by Vejen Polstermøbelfabrik. The sofa is upholstered in genuine, thick and textured Brown coloured Buffalo Leather, with subtle button detailing to all 6 removable cushions. The backrest cushions are fibre filled, giving them a soft feel, with the seat base cushions being quite firm and filled with a dense foam. The sofa is raised on a heavy Beech wood frame internally, with four eye catching chromed metal feet to each corner below. The designer and manufacturers label can still also be found to the underside of the seat cushions. Purchased in Denmark, this design classic is an original piece of Mid-Century furniture.
