Description: A very stylish Swedish 1970s ‘Kroken’ lounge chair, designed by Åke Fribytter and manufactured by Nelo Mobel. Please note we have two of these identical chairs for sale, with the price shown being for one chair. The chair is upholstered in a genuine Tan / Caramel coloured Leather, with the seating area being suspended within the Beech frame by a canvas backing. The Kroken design is characterized by the chairs open cantilevered Beech frame, creating an elegant profile. The original Nelo manufacturers mark can also be found to the base of each chair. Purchased in Scandinavia, this design classic is an original piece of Mid Century furniture.
