Description: A very stylish Danish 1980s 2.5 seat sofa, designed and manufactured by Stouby. The sofa is upholstered in genuine thick and textured Black coloured Buffalo Leather, with piping and stitch detailing around the edges of all cushions, the Leather quality being a trademark of the Stouby design. The piece features four large removable cushions, which are all fibre filled, giving them a very plump and squashy feel. The sofa is unusual in its design with its curved sides and wrap around seat back cushions. The Stouby manufacturers stitching can also be found to the underside of all cushions. The piece is also raised upon four naturally finished Beech wood legs. Purchased in Denmark, this design classic is an original piece of Mid Century furniture.
