Condition: Very Good, however the Sofa at some point has been exposed to moisture which has made the Leather looser to the rear and right hand side of the piece. There is also some pressure marking to one rear cushions where it has been rested on the underside springs in storage.
Description: An elegant Danish Mid-Century Modern two seater sofa, designed and manufactured by Ilva, in the iconic Borge Mogensen style. The sofa is upholstered in genuine and thick Black coloured Leather, with complimentary piping detail around the edges of all cushions. The piece features six removable cushions, all of which are fibre filled, giving a plump look and feel. The profile of the sofa, particularly the stepped armrests, are reminiscent of the original Mogensen design. The sofa is then raised on four brushed Metal block feet to each corner below. Purchased in Denmark, this design classic is an original piece of Mid Century Modern Furniture.
