Description: A very elegant Danish Art Deco club chair manufactured in the 1930s. The chair is upholstered in a pale Yellow Velour fabric, with subtle piping detail around edges and backrest. The piece also features ribbed detailing to the back rest, with striking sweeping arms and edges, both of which are typical of the Art Deco design. Like the majority of Danish pieces of this era, the chairs base is heavily coil sprung, and is raised upon a heavy Beech wood frame with four block Beech feet below. Purchased in Denmark, this design classic is an original piece of Mid Century furniture.
